Putting up for exchange (ideally as soon as possible) a spacious and luminous apartment right in front of the lake in Wollishofen, at 3190 CHF.
It measures 85 m² with two rooms, two bathrooms (a small one with washing appliances and a large one with shower/bathtub) and an extremely large living room with modern kitchen.
It also includes a wide cellar.
The pics show just one bedroom, but there is another one which is identical in size.
It is literally 1m away from the lake, which you can see from the window, in front of the 161/165 stop, 5 minutes from the 7 stop and 10 from Wollishofen station. You can reach HB in around 20 minutes.

Looking for a cheaper apartment of similar size in a lower tax neighborhood/town.
